Apple Snack Sandwiches

This is no long, complicated recipe. This is just a quick and easy snack, with a tiny twist that makes it oh so much better.

This is basically just an apple with almond butter, which is a vegan snack staple, but with the addition of cinnamon it’s crazy delicious. Seriously, throwing a little cinnamon on this somehow elevates a simple snack into divine territory. Cutting the apple into slices and eating it like a sandwich is just for fun.

So, core an apple, and slice it horizontally. Spread almond butter between the layers, and dust with cinnamon. Now, prepare to have your mind blown. For reals.
