Spicy Sriracha-Roasted Chickpeas

These spicy, crunchy little noms will fill you up with healthy goodness, with an afterbite of Sriracha to keep things interesting. Make a batch and enjoy the ready-made snacks all week.

Serves: Approx. 2 cups
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), or about 2 cups of home cooked beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha (depending on if you like things spicy or not)
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. On a baking sheet, toss them with the Sriracha and olive oil.
  2. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven. They should be dry and crispy but not burnt. If they're soft they'll still taste good, but the texture won't be nearly as satisfying.
